Life Cycle Services ensure that the solutions you use can adapt to the requirements of current technologies, help you avoid unnecessary costs caused by component ageing, and maximise equipment and system reliability. The solution support management system consists of three phases: Active, Limited, and, if the solution has come to the end of its lifespan, Discontinued.
In the Active phase, the solution benefits from Logisnext Europe’s Full Support, including maintenance and repair, spare parts and system know-how. The solution’s service lifetime is extended through periodic or condition-based software updates/upgrades and hardware updates, enabling AGVs to run on the latest technology with maximum reliability.
In the Limited phase, we can support solutions, including maintenance and repair, spare parts, and system know-how, provided the necessary resources, including components, are available. Additionally, during the Limited phase, increasing maintenance costs due to ageing technology can be avoided through customised modernisation packages that include hardware and software upgrades.
Once the solution reaches the Discontinued phase, service availability cannot be guaranteed. However, we can provide technical expertise on the best replacement according to your and the industry’s needs.
