Pedestrian Stacker SBP10-16N3(I)(R)(S) Series

The compact AXiA ES stacker range has the shortest chassis on the market, allowing it to work in extremely narrow aisles so you can get the most out of your storage space.Unaffected by dirt, debris, dust and water thanks to its sealed protective chassis and waterproof components, the AXiA ES will work dependably indoors or out with minimum maintenance.AXiA ES offers two operating modes. ECO mode is suitable for new operators as it limits speed for smooth movement. PRO mode supports faster speeds for optimum performance and productivity.For operation on ramps and uneven floors, initial lift (i) models are the best choice. A straddle leg version is available for handling bottom-boarded pallets up to a width of 1200 mm. Foldable platforms for occasional ride-on use are available on the 1.2 to 1.6 tonne stackers. Controls are located on both the left and right sides of the market-leading ErgoSteer tiller head, making the truck safer and easier to operate, with less fatigue over a shift.

Platform Stacker SBV/SBF12-16N3(I)(S)(R)(S) Series

The compact and versatile AXiA EM 1.25 and 1.60 tonne platform stacker series is the perfect choice for high level stacking applications, order picking, and transport operations in narrow spaces.The series is available in foldable platform models with optional sidebars for use in narrow spaces, fixed platform rear entry models for fast operations where maximum operator protection is required, and fixed platform side entry models for easy on-off access on both sides for picking applications. There are also wide straddle models available to allow greater flexibility in pallet handling, including closed and specialised carrier material. These models also enable the use of a variety of special handling attachments e.g. spikes, clamps, rolls, etc. AXiA EM has a sturdy 4-point chassis where the drive system is designed to increase traction and stabilisation proportional to the load. This keeps the truck consistently stable for safe, productive performance and confident operation.Plus, a choice of modes (Easy, ECO & PRO) allows users of all skill levels to work to the best of their abilities. An extensive range of mast models are available with AXiA EM to ensure the truck is aptly suited to the application. Duplex masts offer lift heights from 2690 mm to 4200 mm, while Triplex masts deliver lift heights from 4350 mm to 5400 mm.An optional Initial Lift allows AXiA EM to serve as a double pallet handler for greater efficiency, with exceptional ground clearance for ease of use on uneven floors. If you are looking to maximise the efficiency of your warehouse space, stand-in stackers may be the perfect choice for you. Combining minimal dimensions, a tight turning circle, and excellent operator protection, they offer an affordable and flexible alternative to a full VNA solution. By keeping the driver completely — and safely protected — within the truck, they can manoeuvre in much smaller aisle width.Wide straddle models are available with lower profile forged forks to allow greater flexibility in pallet handling, including closed and specialised load carrier material. These models also enable the use of a variety of special handling attachments e.g. spikes, clamps, rolls, etc.Designing a warehouse around stand-in stackers is up to 35% more efficient from a space point of view compared to pedestrian stackers, typically lowering the cost per pallet position by a third. Stacker SBS16-20N2(I)(S) Series

The AXiA EX sit-on stacker is a flexible and cost-effective choice for stacking and internal transport in warehousing, manufacturing, and anywhere else safe, productive stacking is required. Platform stackers are more commonly used for these tasks but with an aisle width (AST) requirement of 2.8 m (vs 2.5 m on the AXiA EX) and lift heights of only 5.4 m (vs 7 m for the AXiA EX), it's easy to see where the sit-on stacker presents an opportunity to make much better use of space. Many companies use reach trucks for stacking tasks, but they may be over specified for the task. For these jobs the AXiA sit-on stacker makes an excellent low-cost alternative.Wide straddle models are available with lower profile forged forks to allow greater flexibility in pallet handling, including closed and specialised load carrier material.
